Navigating Your 20’s and 30’s

Emerging into adulthood is hard. There is so much to figure out whether it relates to school, work, family, friendships, dating, identity, and all that falls in-between. It’s a lot to balance and I can understand the pressure you might feel. Rest assured, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s navigate this together.

Men’s Work

There is no definitive way to be a man or express masculinity and yet, we live in a culture that has immense pressures and expectations that often limit men within their relationships with themselves and others. Many of the men I have worked with in therapy have explored themes of loneliness, anger and aggression, insecurity, achievement and expectations, intimacy and relationships, identity and relational roles, mindfulness and inner child work, among many others. This is your invitation to enter a judgement-free space where you can be seen and understood.

Trauma and Relational Wounds

I invite you to co-create with me, a relational space in which you can feel safe and supported as we warmly approach the pain points that may reside within you. We will seek to understand your experiences, roles, expectations, and relationships through a compassionate lens, which will gently move you toward healing and more fulfilling relationships.

Who Am I?

This is one of life’s biggest, broadest, and ever-evolving questions. I want to know your life story so far and support your exploration of self whether it be regarding sexuality, gender identity, a certain stage of life, self-esteem, values, interests, the future, the past, or finding your voice. I will stand alongside you and empower you toward understanding yourself better and living a more authentic and congruent life.
