Hi, I’m Zach

I am drawn to stories of a life in process.

I absolutely love my role as a therapist because I get the privilege of meeting clients in the stories of their lives and support them to honor their human experience. What I’ve found to be at the core of my philosophy, is that we all have a need to feel safe, understood, and to know that we belong. These are in essence about us in relationship. With others and within ourselves.

Life can be beautiful and full of desire and also desperately lonely and riddled with difficulty. None of this is something we are meant to live through without a witness and connection. I love that I get to hold space for clients to feel seen in whatever feeling that they have without judgement, and with warmth and reflection. I will show up as my real self and not hide behind a veil of over-professionalism. I will invite curiosity, challenge, and growth as I support clients to develop their inner wisdom and confidence to move forward in their lives in a way they feel proud of.
