Frequently Asked Questions

Do you meet with clients in person or virtually?

I do both! I have most availability for virtual telehealth sessions throughout the week Monday - Friday and I will have limited in person availability coming soon one day out of the week.

How long are sessions, how often do we meet, and what is the cost?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and I ask that clients meet at least once a week on a consistent day and time. This cadence has proven to be the most effective in my practice to start seeing meaningful changes. After some time, and if it feels appropriate for the work together, I am open to discussing a different frequency of meeting.

The fee is $225 per session.

I offer a limited amount of sliding scale openings in my practice for those in need, so please feel free to ask about those if you could benefit from that.

Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an “Out of Network” provider so I do not work directly with insurance companies. You may call your insurance provider to inquire about whether they can accept a “super bill” from me which may be able to provide you with some reimbursement percentage from each session. Not all insurance providers accept this, and I cannot guarantee a reimbursement rate, but if they do, I would be happy to provide you with a monthly “super bill” for you to submit to them.

I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have for me during our free initial consultation call and throughout our work together if we should choose to begin treatment together.
